Your heart is working harder than ever before, things are shifting around in your body and it's growing, making it difficult to move and find the energy to move.  That's why it is so important to take care of yourself and there's nothing better you can do to prepare your body for this life changing time than exercise! 
Exercise will help give you energy when you so desperately cling to find it in your first trimester.  It can improve your flexibility which will only become more challenging each passing month. Exercise will also help you not only stay in shape and get you prepared for the marathon of labor but it will better enable you to get your pre-baby body back faster. 
Exercise can even help improve your mommy skills and daily functions by strengthening important areas such as your shoulders and back that can become quite fatigued and possibly over used as you constantly lift baby, bend over to change them and feed your bundle of joy.  Exercising may also be helpful in balancing out your body that can become out of sync from carrying baby on once side all the time. 
So exercise! Do it now! Do it for you and do it for your baby! 

Mommy-to-Be Boot camp will renew on a monthly basis and will be held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:30-9am & 5:30-6pm
