 Today may be your first day of training with me or even your 100th, either way, I need to know you are ready to give it all you've got. So. . .

There are going to be days you may be a little sore, don’t worry we can do some yoga, stretching and I can provide you with a few other tips to alleviate some of the soreness in order for you to keep pushing. 

There are going to be days where you are tired and feel like giving up or may be ready to fall off the wagon… Don’t worry I won't let you fall. I promise you  that if you give me 100% of your effort– I, in return will give you every single piece of my effort to keep you totally focused and engaged in your training with me.
