It's day 5 of the 30 day challenge my husband and I committed to doing together and I have to admit I was a bit skeptical. Not only is it a 30 day workout challenge for myself but I've agreed to a Paleo diet which means no dairy, gluten and most of all for me to eat meat! I have not eaten chicken or red meat in over 8 years. I'm excited to see what the results will be and to share them with you. I love to try new and different workouts and experiment with recipes to make this Haute New Life truly a lifestyle and not a fad.
