Make Time for Exercise

The number one reason for not exercising is lack of time. But if it’s important to you, make it a priority. There are 1,440 minutes in every day. Reserve just 60 of those for exercise, and you’ve still got 1,380 minutes to yourself!!!! An hour workout is only 4% of your day! Don’t have 60 minutes? Research shows just 10 minute exercise bursts throughout the day can be just as effective. No excuses!
